RPCVs Samir Saluja & Jason Phillips are Returned Peace Corps Volunteers that served in Bolivia from 1995-1997 in the 12th Group to serve after the program returned to the country in the early 90s. Bolivia 12rs served from 1995-1997 but remain connected with friends and colleagues that served in Bolivia in other groups from the 90s, and many that still serve the country and humanitarian missions across the world today.
